These bulbs are designed for use as turn signals, reverse lights, and brake lights only. They are not suitable for headlights, fog lights, or daytime running lights due to their high power output and heat generation.
While equipped with CANBUS functionality, some vehicle models (e.g., Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, etc.) may still require an additional CANBUS load resistor decoder to prevent error codes, hyper-flashing, or non-operation.
If installing four bulbs simultaneously, it is recommended to purchase resistors to mitigate potential car errors or hyper-flash issues. Two pairs of 50W 6-ohm resistors are typically needed for four bulbs.
Customers experiencing issues such as the bulb not lighting up, turning off intermittently, flashing, dashboard error codes, or radio interference should consider purchasing a load resistor decoder.
