This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Simples Market handles order processing, shipping, delivery estimates, tracking, delays, customs fees, and delivery-related issues.
By placing an order with Simples Market, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Shipping and Fulfillment
Simples Market operates an online retail store and uses domestic and international fulfillment partners to process and ship customer orders.
Orders may ship from:

- Supplier warehouses

- Carrier facilities
Because products may ship from different locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
2. Shipping Locations
Simples Market primarily ships to customers within the United States.
We may also ship to select international destinations, including parts of Europe, depending on product availability, supplier coverage, shipping carrier service, and checkout eligibility.
If a product cannot be shipped to your location, you may be notified during checkout or after order review. In that case, the order may be canceled and refunded.

4. Order Cancellation and Modification Window

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Most orders arrive within 7–25 business days, depending on the product, supplier, destination, and shipping carrier.
Some orders, especially international orders, may take longer because of customs inspection, carrier delays, or global shipping conditions.
6. Multiple Packages
Your order may arrive in more than one package.

- Products are stored in different warehouses
- Items require different shipping methods
- Some items are ready to ship before others
Each package may have a separate tracking number and may arrive on a different day.
7. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

When free shipping is available, it will apply only to eligible orders, products, destinations, and dates shown on our website or at checkout.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout when applicable.

8. International Shipping

These charges are not controlled by Simples Market and are not refundable.
Orders refused, abandoned, or returned because of unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.
9. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information may be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after it is created.
Tracking updates may vary depending on the carrier, product, destination, and shipping method.
Some packages may show limited tracking updates while in transit, especially international shipments.
10. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may happen and are sometimes outside our control.
Delays may be caused by:

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for immediate refund or cancellation once the order has shipped.

12. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages
Orders may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit if they are:
- Refused by the customer
- Unclaimed at a carrier facility
- Returned to sender because of customer inaction
- Returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address
- Returned because customs duties, VAT, or import fees were not paid
- Undeliverable due to customer-provided information
13. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Simples Market is not responsible for theft, loss, or disappearance after confirmed delivery.
Customers should check with household members, neighbors, building staff, the local carrier, or delivery location if tracking shows delivered but the package is missing.
If a package has no tracking updates for more than 35 consecutive business days, please contact us for a delivery review.
Depending on the case, Simples Market may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
14. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Clear photos or video proof
- A short explanation of the issue
If approved, Simples Market may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, partial refund, or another suitable resolution.
