12. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation or modification is only possible if the order has not already been confirmed, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or a tracking number has been created, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request a return under our Returns & Refund Policy.
13. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return within 12 calendar days from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Approved by our support team before being shipped back
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or processed.
Approved refunds may be issued as:

Refunds to the original payment method may take 5–10 business days to appear after approval.
14. Return Shipping
For domestic U.S. orders, Simples Market provides one free return shipping label per customer every 30 days.
After one free return within a 30-day period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, tracking, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, and other return-related fees.
Simples Market does not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.
15. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once they are used, opened, worn, damaged, washed, altered, or removed from sealed packaging.

- Items that have been washed, worn, altered, stained, scented, or damaged
- Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or protective seals
- Clearance, final sale, or special-order items when clearly marked as final sale
If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photo or video proof.
16. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Simples Market within 7 calendar days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Clear photos or video proof
- A short explanation of the issue
If the claim is approved, Simples Market may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, partial refund, or another suitable resolution.
For approved damaged or defective item claims, a physical return may not be required.
17. Return Authorization Required
Do not send any item back without written approval from Simples Market.
All approved returns must follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
Unauthorized returns, returns sent to the wrong address, or returns sent without approval may be rejected and may not qualify for refund, store credit, or replacement.
