This Returns & Refund Policy explains how Simples Market handles returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and customer support requests for purchases made through our store.

By placing an order with Simples Market, you agree to the terms listed below.


1. Return Window

We accept return requests within 12 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, unopened when applicable, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Some products cannot be returned for health, hygiene, and safety reasons, including used underwear and opened makeup or personal care items.


2. Return Approval Required

Before sending any item back, you must contact our support team and receive return approval.

Do not mail any product back without written approval from Simples Market. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Unauthorized returns, returns sent to the wrong address, or returns sent without approval may be rejected.


3. U.S. Return Shipping

For domestic U.S. orders, Simples Market provides one free return shipping label per customer every 30 days.

After one free return within a 30-day period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To help prevent policy abuse, customers may request up to four returns per month. Any return request beyond this limit may be refused.


4. International Return Shipping

For orders delivered outside the United States, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

This includes:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Tracking fees
  • Insurance fees
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any other return-related charges

Simples Market does not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

Original international shipping charges, customs fees, import taxes, and similar charges are non-refundable.

Because international return shipping can be expensive, we recommend contacting our support team first so we can review possible solutions before you ship the item back.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Clear photos or video showing the damage or defect
  • A short explanation of the issue

If your claim is approved, Simples Market may offer a free replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

For approved damaged or defective item claims, a physical return may not be required.


6. Refund Options

If your return is approved after inspection, Simples Market may issue one of the following:

  • Refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit
  • Replacement item
  • Partial refund, depending on the situation

Refunds to the original payment method usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after approval.

Store credit may be issued after the returned item is received and approved.


7. Inspection of Returned Items

All approved returns are inspected after they are received.

A return may be rejected if the item is:

  • Used
  • Damaged by the customer
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Not in the original packaging
  • Different from the item originally shipped
  • Returned without approval

If a return is rejected after inspection, no refund or store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once they are used, opened, worn, damaged, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Used underwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, or other intimate clothing
  • Opened or used makeup, cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or beauty products
  • Opened personal care or hygiene items
  • Used bedding, pillows, towels, or similar fabric items
  • Opened baby care, pet care, or health-related products
  • Items that have been washed, worn, altered, stained, scented, or damaged
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or protective seals
  • Clearance, final sale, or special-order items, when clearly marked as final sale

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photo or video proof. Approved damaged or defective item claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, refund, or another suitable resolution.


8. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 12–24 hours after placing it.

Cancellation or modification is only possible if the order has not already been confirmed, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or a tracking number has been created, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request a return under this policy.


9. Incorrect Address, Refused Packages, and Unclaimed Orders

Simples Market is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable because of:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Missing apartment, unit, or suite number
  • Customer refusal of delivery
  • Customer failure to pick up the package
  • Carrier inability to deliver due to customer-provided information

These situations are not eligible for free replacement, refund, or store credit unless approved by Simples Market.


10. Shipping Delays

Delivery dates shown on our website are estimates only.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, high order volume, incorrect address details, or other issues outside our control do not qualify for immediate refunds.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will help review the situation.


11. Product Details and Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product title
  • Product description
  • Size
  • Color
  • Quantity
  • Compatibility
  • Measurements
  • Shipping information

Returns caused by misunderstanding clearly listed product details may still be handled under the standard 12-day return policy, but they may not qualify as damaged or defective claims.


12. Color and Minor Appearance Differences

Minor color differences, lighting differences, screen display differences, small measurement variations, or minor cosmetic variations do not count as defects.

However, eligible items may still be returned under the 12-day return policy if they meet all return conditions.


13. Non-Refundable Costs

The following costs may be non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees
  • International shipping fees
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Shipping protection fees
  • Special service fees
  • Return shipping costs, unless covered by our U.S. return shipping rule

This does not include shipping transit time, bank processing time, or carrier delays.
