We use domestic and international fulfillment partners. Depending on the product and availability, your order may ship from a U.S. fulfillment location, supplier warehouse, logistics hub, or international fulfillment partner.

Most U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Orders to other eligible countries are also usually estimated around 7–12 business days, depending on the product, carrier, and destination. However, delivery is not guaranteed and some orders may take up to 7–25 business days because of carrier delays, customs, supplier processing, weather, or other shipping conditions.

Some items may ship from different suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment locations. Because of this, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package may receive its own tracking number.

Yes. We currently offer Free Shipping to North America, South America, and Europe Until June 24. Free shipping applies to eligible orders, products, and destinations. If an order does not qualify, any shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

Not always. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after a tracking number is created. Some packages may also pause while moving between carriers, warehouses, or customs. If your package has no tracking updates for more than 35 consecutive business days, contact us for a delivery review.

You may request a return within 12 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, and in original packaging. All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

Yes. If your return or claim is approved, we may issue a refund to your original payment method, store credit, replacement, partial refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the case. Refunds to the original payment method usually take 5–10 business days after approval.

For U.S. orders, Simples Market provides one free return shipping label per customer every 30 days. After one free return within a 30-day period, the customer is responsible for return shipping. International customers are responsible for return shipping, tracking, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, and related return fees.

Do not send items back without approval. If your return is approved, our support team will provide the correct return instructions and return address. Returns sent without approval or sent to the wrong address may not be processed.

You may request cancellation or changes within 12–24 hours after placing your order. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not already been confirmed, processed, fulfilled, or shipped. Once tracking is created, the order cannot be canceled.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number, checkout email, clear photos or video proof, and a short explanation of the issue. If approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, partial refund, or another suitable resolution.

Our support team usually responds within 24–72 business hours, Monday through Friday. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, high order volume, or carrier delays.
